It is super crispy and goes well with Tomato Ketchup and Coriander Mint Chutney.<br /><br />Ingredients For Batter:<br />(Serves 3)<br />- 2 tbsp Gram Flour<br />- 2 tbsp Rice Flour <br />- 2 tbsp Refined Flour<br />- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida<br />- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds<br />- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/2 Lemon Juice<br />- Salt <br />- Water<br /> <br />Ingredients For Amritsari Paneer Pakora:<br />- 500 gms Paneer<br />- Salt<br />- Oil(for frying)<br />- Dried Mango Powder<br /> <br />Method:<br />1. Take gram flour in a large bowl, and add rice flour, refined flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, water to it <br />2. Mix it and keep it aside<br />3. Now, take paneer; add salt over it and mix it <br />4. Dip the paneer pieces in batter and put it the wok with hot oil<br />5. Let it fry over a high flame and take it out in a plate, once it turns golden brown<br />6. Garnish it with some dried mango powder
